NJL recently completed the fit-out of 36 bedrooms at an Immigration Removal Centre (IRC) in only 15 days.
Based in South England, the IRC has 36 rooms with safe, secure furniture designed and built to last. Each bedroom has a bed or bunk bed, desk, locker, TV shelf, and a safe for personal belongings.
The bespoke CastleGrade furniture was manufactured from Fundermax solid-grade laminate for its strength and durability. It was designed with ligature-resilient features, including chamfered accessible edges and countersunk security screws, and all wall and floor junctions were sealed with hard-setting non-pick mastic.
Whilst the furniture is highly robust, it also looks good with a harmonious neutral colour.
